Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification once it has shipped.
Shipping
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no identifying product information on the exterior. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a resolution.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Refunds or replacements are only issued in cases of incorrect items, damaged shipments, or orders that fail to arrive, subject to review. To request a refund, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
